Adding an additional Outcome block

If you need to add an additional Outcome and subsequent Cause and Causal Factors to show that there were multiple outcomes nested within the occurrence then you can click the

button located above the original Outcome.

Add Finding

This will add an additional Outcome block below the first Outcome.This Outcome block will be indented to indicate it is nested within the overall occurrence.
