Save the Findings Tab

Not all the findings need to be added at the same time, you can edit the Findings Tab as many time as required remembering to click the

Save

Remember, while the report is at Under Investigation status only the investigator/s and occurrence mangers of the report can view the Investigation and Finding tabs.

button to continue.
