Aircraft Involved (Not for ATM use)

If the Air Traffic Management (ATM) additional report has been selected these fields will be greyed out and do not need to be completed.

Embarked on ship: Indicates if the air platform is operating from (stationed) on-board a ship at the time of the occurrence.
Aircraft Registration: Search for Aircraft registration, you can enter part or all of the registration or enter the aircraft type to list available registrations. Selecting a registration autopoulates the Aircraft Type/Mark fields. Enter N/A for MALDROP or PARACHUTING reports.
Aircraft Type/Mark:Aircraft Type/Mark: Select Aircraft Type -> Mark, for MALDROP reports select MALDROP, for PARACHUTING reports select PARACHUTING, if no aircraft was involved select NO AIRCRAFT.
Other (Please State): Free text field to detail aircraft if it does not appear in the Aircraft Type/Mark list.
