A Recommendation is raised by the investigator of a DASOR and each recommendation is raised against a Cause or a Causal Factor within the Findings section of a DASOR.

The investigator will raise a recommendation which will remain in draft state until it is submitted to an ADH/AM Responsible Owner for action.
