The Comment Addressees list will automatically open at the Station of the DASOR the recommendation was raised against.

If you know the name of the role group or user you wish to send the report for comment to enter their name in the box at the top of the Comment Addressees section, you can add multiple users or role groups this way. Alternatively you can tick the box next to any role group from the list displayed, you can expand the list if you wish to select a role group at another station or project team.
