Recommendations should propose remediation strategies to mitigate the findings of an investigation and can be raised against a Cause or Causal factor in a DASOR.

They are not to include reference to individual discipline.

Disciplinary actions should be captured externally to the ASIMS process in order to maintain a Just Culture.

Recommendations can be raised following any kind of investigation and must be managed by the ADH/AM Review Group.
