Recommendations should propose remediation strategies to mitigate the findings of an investigation and can be raised against a Cause or Causal factor in a DASOR. Recommendation must not include reference to individual discipline, disciplinary actions should be captured externally to the ASIMS process in order to maintain a Just Culture.

Recommendations can be raised following any kind of investigation and are managed by the ADH/AM Responsible Owner which is either a DDH/AM Review Group or a ODH/AM Review Group within ASIMS.
