All investigation work on the DASOR should be completed, the user should read all tabs on the DASOR to familiarise themselves with the report and ensure a suitable investigation has been completed.

If you are not happy with the level of investigation performed the report can be returned to the

DDH/AM Review group for rework by clicking the

Once satisfied with the report navigate to the Comments tab to add your comments.
