Once all the tabs have been populated and you have decided on the level of investigation this report should receive the report needs to be updated and sent for investigation. Every report should be investigated even at a basic level and it is the Occurrence Managers responsibility to manage that investigation. You do not have to perform every investigation, you can delegate the action, but you do need to manage the process.
