Any recommendations raised need to be sent to the recommendation responsible owner (ADH/AM) before the report can be sent to the next stage unless the investigation type is OSI. For OSI investigations it is the responsibility of the ORG to send the recommendations to ADH/AM, if any have been raised they can be left at draft status before sending to ORG Review.
