Each report submitted is sent to the Occurrence Manager Role Group for acceptance onto the system. Prior to acceptance the report is only visible to members of the role groups within the reporting process.

Reports are sent in parallel to the Maintenance Role Group and to the Supervisor Role Group depending on the type of report submitted.
