As an Delivery Duty Holder / Accountable Manager, an email notification will highlight the need to action a report. An DDH/AM will receive notification for every report they are requiring to action. The notification will contain a link to the DASOR and a copy of the brief title, clicking on the link will open the report in the default web browser.

The DDH/AM may not wish to receive notification of every report in the ASIMS DDH Review role group, instead delegating the management of safety occurrences and recommendations on ASIMS to their staff. In this case, it is good practice for the DDH to have their own ASIMS Commentator role group which can be used to highlight specific DASORs for comment.
