For Local Investigations (LI) that have been completed by investigators who are not in the reports Occurrence Manager role group, the report will be sent for Occurrence Manager Review to check the investigation findings before sending the report for DDH/AM review.  For Local Investigations (LI) completed by the Occurrence Manager the report will be sent direct to DDH/AM review without the need for Occurrence Manager Review.
